Busier than a Busy Bee: Juggling Two Events in a single hurdle
Oct 20th, 2007 by SniperAngel

I’m so busy the intervals between my blog entries get longer and longer. But anyway I hope every sacrifice will pay off. Three activities, so many plans, so little time.
The Nurses’ Week will commence on Monday. I’ve already planned the flow of performance but as a typical group I am expecting negative feedbacks. Being the batch president, as my members said, I have the authority to implement discipline and rules. I did, but not as harsh as I can be like the things I did in my previous responsibilities. This time I gave them autonomy, the performance is a bit split into two groups which looks like pro-admin and anti-admin. But whatever, I am just concerned about their welfare. If the performance is not graded, I could just stand there and sing my heart out so just in case I fail, the blame will be on me. But this performance will be graded individually so I have no choice but to implement plans to get that target grade. Good thing my friends are there to back me up and keep me cool because sometimes I flare up when I hear negative comments despite my sacrifices and efforts. It is so unfair really, and I feel offended sometimes when you try to reach each and everyone of them one by one and yet some are just unreachable.
The booth process is very…. very… slow. I don’t want to talk about it further. If the confirmation emails are absent on Tuesday, so be it. Looks like the quitting scene is starting to get more and more visible.
Color of the week? Sweet Corn Yellow. Who decided? Dunno, but I’ve appreciated it already. It is one of the few shirts I own that is bright. Haha.
