I was cooking all day today for two reasons; My Dad celebrated his 51st birthday last March 18, 2008 and today is Maundy Thursday. I became the assistant of my grandmother in cooking classic Spanish and Filipino dishes. Actually I’m looking for culinary schools in the country and abroad. Though cooking is out of my profession, it is a staple skill to be learned.

I love to eat, but I want to know the mechanics as well on how to cook. Good thing there is at least one culinary school available that teaches general cooking skills, or even style-specific skills whether you want to know Italian, or Spanish and even French. Food is a necessity, learning how to cook is a divine skill. Who knows, this chef school may summon the inner chef in me.
