Today is my Mom’s 49th Birthday. Quite a simple day for a birthday [she decided to move the celebration on Sunday].
My Mom is one of the best nurses out there. She is a very hardworking mom and despite being away with the family she sacrificed a lot just to keep the family together and stable. She is a bit mataray [even my girlfriend knows this as a first impression] but is very fun to be with. A cook by heart, you should get a taste with her Pork Lengua and Spaghetti. I just wish her all the best. And many more birthdays to come. Happy Birthday Mommy. I love you.
