Reminiscing 2007: A Jar of Sweet Cookies
Jan 10th, 2008 by SniperAngel

Oh yeah. I thought this is going to be my Chinese New Year post but thank God I was given the time to compose my very first entry for this year. 2007 is a blessed year for me although there are some bitter patches on the way, but overall it was a fun and rewarding year because I’ve met so many extraordinary people in which I learned so many lessons and such.
Second Year with Eternal Breaker of Baldur. I’ve been so attached to this guild that I became grief-stricken when my friend Paul decided to retire. This is one of my strongest clinging factors why I decided to stay, to continue with the crusade though not as intense as before. In this guild I was able to meet skilled players turned good friends as well. Ate Mherrie, Paul’s girlfriend and also my friend is one of the best blessings I’ve received this year. It was like Ate Mherrie, Ate Tin and Paul were God’s messengers to help me face the reality, and to deliver one of His greatest gifts for me. Sometimes distance truly defies closeness of friends, it doesn’t matter if he’s abroad or she’s somewhere in another region, as long as the concern is there and the love grows continually, distance is a minute factor to hinder friendship.
Passing the Nursing Licensure Exam. One of the best gifts on the previous year, specifically delivered on my birthday. It was a gift, not chance or a joke. And thanks for all who prayed that I’ll succeed on this one.
Ragnarok-Ph.com- from Moderator to Board Event Organizer- and the Administrative Staff of Ragnarok-Ph.com. When Sir Veej entrusted me to become the Board Event Organizer of Ragnarok-Ph.com it became a roller-coaster adventure to work with the forum members. Through this I was able to meet more players and moderators who share the same passion and “strictness” inside. I was able to meet Salleh, our main Admin together with Sir Cons, Rob my co-BEO, Global Mod Dave, Moderators Carlo and Thea, Chroniclers Mark, Anna and Macy as well as active forum members like Dats, Blue Ice, Ate Ruby, Kaye, Deeanne, Frances.. almost endless. These are amazing individuals that despite the tight schedule, they can still play, meet, or spam. Lol.
The Camaraderie of a Faction named Itlogs. It was a long journey of supremacy, a faction made from six totally different guilds, from different servers, with different strengths and weaknesses. We fought our battles together and even though there are some conflicts and hindrances along the way, it was a wonderful learning experience. Carnage led by Sir Don, Coalescence led by Sir Shad, Eternal Breaker led by Sir Paul, Fatal Instinct that I never had a word with but it still counts, Godsmack led by Boss Badjagg, Roughnecks led by Sir Nick. It’ll be an experience to be gained in game and a camaraderie to be treasured forever.
Training at NKTI. The competition was tough that time. I’m not even expecting that I’ll be the 26th President. But it was a wonderful yet stressful experience for me, and for Raine who was always there supporting me.
The Winding Road of Level Up Live 07. Oh hell yeah, my friends who helped me with this endeavor knows how wacky this event was. We weren’t able to meet every planned goals, but we did have a good time. I would like to acknowledge my newly gained friends who proved their worth, and defined the word dedication just to push this activity with me. Jerri, Jhoi, Anna, and my Ragnarok.-ph family.
The Best Wish. Words won’t be enough for this Raine, I’m sure you’ll know what I’m going to say. It was a rough road for us but still, it just made us closer. I love you so much. You’ve given me so much inspiration, and so much love I can’t think of any other thing that would complete me more but you.

I love you too James. Thank you for making the year 2007 so wonderful for me. You’ve made me a believer in dreams and miracles. And I have faith that together we could build more beautiful memories for 2008 and all tomorrows we have ahead of us.
