Rewind Chapter 1: A Friend’s Homecoming
Dec 26th, 2007 by SniperAngel

It took us two years to see each other, a year to see his better half and nestle in his arms again. It was a reunion forged by a game, perfected by trials, and bound by friendship. And right, we’re late. Lol.
Paul is a man of deep voice [yun pala yun eh no? hahaha] and like me he looks younger than his chronological age [parang ako, 21 na pero mukhang 12 pa rin lolz]. And guess how he approached me at the airport, a strangle that flattened my trachea. But I’ll live.
It was the get together of the entire Eternal Breaker guild of Ragnarok Online, the cult that was established by him about three years ago. Thru Ragnaboards I was acquainted to him because of the Alchemist Class, the rest was history. When he recruited me, it became a portal to more friends who share the same passion for gaming and I never felt out of place. Thanks to my guardian angels, Ate Mherrie, Paul and Ate Tin and the rest of my guildmates. I should say, they are three of the best blessings I’ve received this year in concordance to another priceless gift delivered right in front of my eyes.
We slept at his place, with his family and my guildmates and it became an instant party. Christmas party that is. After celebrating his homecoming the next day, we decided to go to Global Fun in Pasay City just beside Mall of Asia.
Going there was one of the most crucial or heartbreaking moments in my life. Because my dad is strict he didn’t allow me to go through, but Raine is there and she wants to go and this is one of the few things I can offer her, my presence. So I went with them and stayed and enjoyed the moment.
It seemed endless, my friends, I can actually see them eye to eye, but it was cut short as we bid farewell to each other at around 12mn of Sunday. Fun? it was priceless.
Now I know who Paul is. He is really the man of deep voice [peace Paul hehehe].
