The countdown is so close everyone can feel the tension as of this moment. The server merge is few days away. Anticipation, expectations, and mixed emotions permeate the gaming space. From Chaos, Loki, Iris, Fenrir, Odin, Lydia, Sarah, URDR, Sakray, and Thor ascend six servers; Baldur, Freya, Tyr, URDR, Thor and Sakray.

So what’s in store? More fun, more challenges to strategies in defense and offense, and ultimately the comeback of retired players to jump start their gaming drives once more. Imagine yourself in a huge gathering of different servers, different concerns, different interests in a single hometown fused with total excitement.

This is the start of a more serious battle plan and game mechanics. For Baldur, the heat is on that started months ago and it goes intensely hot as d-day gets closer and closer. Twenty Agits, two servers, more than fifty siege-active guilds on their quest to castle supremacy. Now that’s some action.

Thor, though alone is also experiencing some tough competition because of many firsts in their server. This is their first RPC and RWC participation and because of that many combined positive and negative comments have been observed. But as I’ve said on my intro pRO-Thor Spotlight, it should not be limited through age but rather passion and perseverance to get that goal.

Twenty hours of maintenance. I can’t even think of means to cross that time. But every minute that passes by, excitement builds up. We could find new friends or new alliances, or even newfound archenemies. Only time will tell, and the future of the server merge depends on the options us players will choose to happen.
