Sibling Rivalry: Crap and all in between

Ok good part first. We safely drove my Dad to airport in his flight back to Libya. It was a salad of mixed emotions, full of hopes and possible fears.
That’s the good part. Here’s the bad part. My brother [I'm the eldest, but definitely not the oldest-looking in the family] changed. Wow, that’s a very direct to the point statement there. I mean, from a boyish and cheerful young boy to a moody, irrational brat. I’m also moody but not as swingy as his emotions show. He yells, he scoffs a lot at me. I dunno, but I’m trying to be a good brother to him. For him to be proud of me, for him to be a good brother to me kahit konti lang naman eh. Oh well. Just keep on praying. As my pie told me, it is a matter of faith.
Now the burden of being the eldest in the family is tougher than it seems. But it did not happen by accident, even if your mother planned to abort you before. Even if you are the most bratty member or black sheep of the family. And yes, be tough.
